All of the above apps are included in our Synapfeeds app suite, where we offer subscriptions that allow you to add more feeds.
To switch to Synapfeeds, you must first uninstall the app you're using (e.g. Syndicator, Autopublisher) in Hootsuite:
1. First, click the App directory link in the left menu:
2. Hover over the Installed button:
and it will change to Uninstall:
3. Finally, click the Uninstall button, and you have finished uninstalling the app.

Getting started with Synapfeeds
When you first install Synapfeeds, the app will notice it's your first time, and offer you a 14-day free trial. (no credit card required)
To start the trial, we need you to setup an account on our subscription system. Clicking the Sign-up button will open up our registration page in a new browser tab:
Once you've registered, the following page will be displayed.
Here you will find the duration of your free trial, as well as button to click to view subscription plans available NOTE: You do not have to subscribe to a plan at this time, however, at the end of your 14-day trial you will need to subscribe to a plan to continue using the apps.
Now that you're on a trial, return to Hootsuite and reload your dashboard. You will see the following in the Synapfeeds stream:
Clicking the Select App button will display a list of the apps you can install.
From here you can choose which app you would like to use in this stream. If you're on a trial, all of the apps will be displayed. If your subscription allows one app, the next time you add a Synapfeeds stream, only that app will appear.
Subscribing to a plan
At any time, you can subscribe to a plan by selecting the Manage your subscription link from the app's menu. This menu option appears in the main Synapfeeds menu as well as all of the individual apps:
Selecting Manage your subscription will take you to the Synapfeeds login page:
Once you have logged in, the subscriptions page will be displayed:
Subscribing to a plan
All subscriptions have monthly and yearly options. Click the Monthly and Yearly buttons to toggle between the two. Click the Features button to the right of each plan to discover how many apps/feeds are included with each plan.
Once you've decided on the plan you want, click the radio button to the left of the plan's name. Selecting a plan will automatically display a billing information section below the subscribe section:
To subscribe to a plan, enter your billing information and click the Subscribe button. You will be subscribed to the plan and an invoice/receipt will be emailed to your email address. You can click the Invoices button in the left menu to download a PDF copy at any time.
Once you are subscribed, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time by selecting a different plan. Upgrading to a new plan will result in the difference being charge to your credit card. Downgrading will result in a refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the subscriptions page. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period.
